Description:

Violetta Group, a communication and brand-building agency based in Los Angeles, is recruiting for the NEW YORK OFFICE. We are currently looking for an Account Executive who will have the opportunity of working closely with the managing director on the daily clients’ management as well as office operations.

Responsibilities include:

- Sample inventory and showroom merchandising

- Assist with stylist pulls and returns

- Editorial tracking and clipping

- Database updates

- Social Media updates

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-year experience in publicity firm or in-house press office

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Highly efficient and organized with the ability to multi task and work across multiple projects at once

- Strong awareness of key influencers and media outlets in the fashion and entertainment industries

- Good presentation and attention to detail

- Pro-active and with the ability to use initiative

- Able to work well under pressure with a positive and dynamic attitude

- Must have a strong knowledge of the fashion/beauty industry and a deep understanding of the luxury sector

- Proficient in Social Media and Microsoft Office programs

- Multi-lingual preferable
