TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Coverage tracking, creating, and organizing press clippings. 
• Building targeted media lists; researching outlets and contacts to ensure they are up to date.
• Preparing KPI reports.
• Identifying award opportunities and speaking engagements for clients and senior leadership.  Monitoring deadlines.  Assisting with submissions once approved.
• Compiling coverage books.
• Drafting creative and effective pitches.
• Assembling event face sheets.
• Logging call notes and sharing recaps.
• Creating and sharing calendar alerts.
• Downloading, managing, and organizing key client assets on behalf of the Account Managers.
• Researching and booking travel for leadership.
• Responding to media inquiries under the supervision of an Account Manager.
• Conducting research to support PR planning.
• Working closely with the communications team to support their strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all PR materials and communications.
• Hyper-organized, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience organizing and managing media assets, such as images and client materials.
• Proficient in media monitoring and reporting, including tracking press clippings and maintaining KPI reports.
• Knowledge of the ever-evolving media landscape, including the luxury and ultra-luxury industries, key media, and influencers.
• Collaborative team player who is self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
• Experience building targeted media lists, researching relevant outlets, and identifying award opportunities and speaking engagements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat/Photoshop; familiarity with Asana, Cision, Salesforce, or Hootsuite is a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
• At least one year of work experience in public relations, ideally within the luxury or lifestyle space.
