-Help develop and implement a global Celebrity and VIP strategy to increase visibility and exposure for the brand.
-Build and maintain relationships with A list celebrities, talent agencies, stylists, and costume designers and constantly scout and advise on new opportunities.
-Build organic relationships with our targeted list
-Create and manage professional relationships with celebrity and VIP agency partners.
-Negotiate and manage all contracts and agreements and advise on best practices.
-Support internal business unit marketing teams in identifying and obtaining talent relevant to market; develop tailored programs per market needs.
-Oversee and develop structure and protocol for seasonal gifting, pre-orders, product seeding, VIP store visits and product pulls.
-Identify key event opportunities for dressing and brand ambassadors.
-Drive product placement into television and film.
-Continuously identify new programs/initiatives to drive the brand vision.

-10+ years of experience in Public Relations, Bookings, Talent Agency/Representative Experience
-Retail experience a plus
-Strong fashion sense and awareness of popular culture
