Negri Firman is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fashion PR intern to join our growing team in Los Angeles. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public relations, working with top-tier brands and contributing to high-impact projects. This position will play a key role in supporting various aspects of PR, including influencer and celebrity outreach, media relations, and showroom management. The ideal candidate is highly eager to grow in the world of fashion PR.

We offer innovative and effective ways of communication to our clients, building tailor-made strategies to increase brand awareness and creating new approaches to PR promotion, digital marketing, social media, and event management. The company has offices in Milan, London, New York, and Los Angeles.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Support incoming project requests, coordinate sample activity, and maintain showroom organization.
Schedule and manage showroom appointments with stylists, editors, and influencers.
Research & identify celebrities and influencers that align with our clients’ brand identities.
Support appointment calendar, update databases, and handle general PR tasks as needed.
Assist in Target Lists and research
Assist with sample send-outs and pick-ups
Manage Fashion GPS for tracking and organizing samples
Support various showroom duties including merchandise organization and inventory management
Monitor social media coverage & presence
Support the team in coordinating events and managing guest lists
Conduct research on industry trends and social activities

Must be based in Los Angeles, CA
Commit a minimum of 20 hours a week (2-3 days) for 3 months.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven, able to work under pressure, and have a strong work ethic.
Must have a reliable car
Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Positive-minded with a can-do attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Fashion GPS and Muck Rack is preferred
Prior Fashion PR agency and/or showroom experience preferred
