Negri Firman is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PR intern to join our vibrant team in New York. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public relations, working with top-tier brands and contributing to high-impact projects.  Responsibilities include but not limited to - Assist with sample send-outs and pick-ups

• Manage Fashion GPS for tracking and organizing samples
• Support various showroom duties including merchandise organization and inventory management
• Monitor media coverage and compile press clippings
• Compile media lists and press kits
• Support the team in coordinating events and managing guest lists
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities
• Min 20 hours per week
• In-person at the office
• School credit only

Requirements:

• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Positive-minded with a can-do attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Fashion GPS and Muck Rack is a plus
