To help support our future growth as an agency, we are looking for an Account Manager, Lifestyle to join our team based in our New York office.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of influencer & VIP deliverables across fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, and beauty accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as the dedicated lead, delegating to the junior team when necessary.
- Provide accurate budget estimates for paid partnership opportunities (brand ambassadorships, event attendance, social media campaigns, booking DJs/performers, etc.)
- Draft talent scope of work on behalf of clients, including recommended deliverables/services, time commitment, usage, exclusivity, etc.
- Strategically cast talent in both an organic and paid capacity, depending on brand DNA/criteria, KPIs, & overall budget.
- Skillfully negotiate influencer & celebrity paid partnerships and execute talent contracts in collaboration with legal
- Manage paid talent deliverables and mediate client feedback/approvals while adhering to strict deadlines
- Manage campaign budgets and work closely with the client and finance teams to ensure third party collaborators are paid on time
- Advise clients on organic talent strategy and execute via organic seedings, dressing opportunities, guest list support for events/shows/press trips, etc.
- Engage stylists proactively to consider KO brands for celebrity placement opportunities.
- Identify, connect, and build relationships in the entertainment industry (talent agents, influencers, publicists, managers, stylists, relevant media, etc.).
- Communicate with clients proactively as relevant to celebrity and influencer opportunities, the competitive landscape, industry news, building trust and long-term relationships
- Review tasks submitted by junior support team and provide instructive feedback
- Demonstrate value of programs and review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results and provide key future learnings to continually optimize CPM, impressions etc.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years’ experience within an agency or in-house, working in fashion and/or entertainment
- Proven track record of successfully managing influencer campaigns for clients in a variety of industries.
- Excellent working knowledge of social platforms, predominantly Instagram and TikTok as well as emerging platforms
- Accomplished event curator with a proven history of delivering successful and impactful events.
- High level execution skills and meticulous attention to detail, both aesthetically and organizationally
- Strong negotiator
- Experienced working through complex contracts with legal to reach a resolution
- Confidence to make suggestions, bring ideas to the wider team that focuses on client experience and work alone or as part of a team
- Enthusiasm and motivation to attend industry events
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral), research, and organization skills
- A positive, can-do attitude who can work under pressure and likes to solve problems
- A creative, innovative thinker with an open attitude and eagerness to learn new things
