For this position, we are looking for a dynamic team player to support the company owners, and manage the office. While this is an assistant position, we are a fast-growing business that is offering the right person an amazing opportunity to carve out their own niche and grow within and with our company.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Management of owners' and office schedules

- Office related errands and management

- Invoicing

- Assist in management of clients

- Research for client travel & requests

- Develop relationships with travel vendors

- Updating and tracking of hotel bookings

- Assisting in planning and executing client events

- Travel as needed to events, tradeshows, & site inspections with staff

- Management of company interns

- Assist team members as needed

Requirements:

- Four Year College Degree

- Experience in travel, sales, public relations, or event planning desired but not mandatory
