Small Girls PR is growing and we are looking for a Senior Account Executive to support the day-to-day earned media efforts and campaign work for our Olay team!

With 4+ years of experience, we’re looking for someone who has developed strong media relationships and has a track record of success securing meaningful placements. This role will provide leadership for campaign based pitching, securing your own placements as well as mentoring team members AC - AE on their pitching efforts: personalized pitch writing, pivoting subject lines, creating and expanding target lists, etc.
This role will also be the client communications point person for our campaigns, updating clients on the status of our work, securing client feedback and approvals, and keeping the client abreast of pitching and coverage status. The role will also support senior staff on higher-level campaign projects: contribute original creative ideas, support strategy development, write messaging documents, and coordinate with an inter-agency team. Campaigns have a dual emphasis on mission-driven, DEI work as well as ingredients-driven product storytelling.
Note: Small Girls PR is currently in the office on a hybrid basis, working two days a week in the office.
