The Vice President (VP) will join the FITZ & CO senior leadership team including the CEO and other VP, contributing to the agency’s growth and client success. With a strong background in both business development and marketing, the VP will successfully market the agency globally and lead digital marketing service offerings, including social media. The Vice President will oversee 8-10 high-profile client campaigns, ensuring profitability, client satisfaction, and long-term retention while simultaneously driving significant revenue growth.
The Vice President will directly manage and mentor a team of 3-4 professionals, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and internal development. A key aspect of the role will be bringing and leveraging a strong network of key opinion leaders to fuel new business development while also working to maintain and strengthen existing relationships. Strategic leadership will be essential in securing new business, driving revenue expansion, and maintaining a competitive edge to ensure the agency’s continued success on a global scale.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed in FITZ & CO’s New York office. We are currently working on a hybrid schedule in office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and optionally in office Tuesdays and Fridays. (Schedule subject to change at CEO’s discretion.) The Vice President will be expected to travel domestically and internationally and to work outside of regular office hours based on client events and team working across time zones. Because we work across time zones, the Vice President is required to be available before and after normal office hours (M-F, 10-6) and occasionally on weekends.
EXPECTED SALARY:
$115,000 - $135,000
