QUALIFICATIONS
5-7 years of PR experience
Extensive experience working with hotels, restaurants and/or spirits brands, and a comprehensive knowledge of the industries
Ability to oversee several accounts and manage support staff with strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
Proven track record in developing and overseeing integrated communications strategies that align with and achieve client goals, including existing and new property openings, product launches and market introductions
Ability to effectively integrate the agency’s experiential, digital and entertainment practice groups into client programs and campaigns, acting as project manager to ensure results
Ability to effectively lead client calls, status updates, strategy sessions and presentations as needed
Experience onboarding new accountsStrong problem-solving and “people” skillsAbility to communicate and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Experience and skill set to assist with new business initiatives for the agency, including strategy and presentations
Experience, ability and proven track record to consistently secure quality media placements across accounts
Extensive relationships with top-tier travel, F&B, lifestyle, entertainment and trade/B2B media outlets
Advanced experience working with and developing strategies for personalities and key stakeholders (CEOs, executive chefs, brand ambassadors, spokespeople, etc.)
Event experience, specifically with high-profile sponsorships, brand-owned events, stunts, openings, education events and press/influencer FAM trips
Extensive industry relationships and ability to develop integrated partnerships with talent and like-minded brands
Desire to network and stay on top of industry news and trends to drive progressive strategies, tactics and programs
Experience and proven track record developing successful influencer programs and content strategies
Proficient in Microsoft Office and media monitoring services such as Cision, Meltwater, etc. Experience with Keynote is a plus
