Cincoro Tequila is looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Contractor for International Markets who possesses a genuine passion for luxury, tequila, social media, and culture.
The role is a fixed term part-time contract for 12 months with an immediate start.
This individual will play a crucial role in our team, helping us showcase the essence of our brand through Social Media Channel Planning, Content Creation, Posting, and Management of captivating visuals, engaging videos, and compelling written content that aligns with Cincoro's luxury brand identity and resonates with our diverse international audience. With a background in Social Media Management, you will be an integral part of the International Commercial team, responsible for shaping the brand narrative to effectively communicate our brand's story, engaging HNW consumers across our international markets.

The main responsibilities will include:
Planning
- Working closely with Cincoro’s independent International Distributors, the U.S. based Social Media Manager, the U.S. Marketing Team and the International Commercial Team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive monthly content plan that:
- aligns with the brand's luxury image and values
- aligns with relevant campaigns, announcements, market and product launches
- ensures a consistent and engaging presence across various digital platforms
- You'll be responsible for the day-to-day content management on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (primarily) but also X, TikTok and YouTube across the portfolio in alignment with core KPIs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with US marketing team to develop and curate engaging content for international markets, taking into account cultural nuances and language preferences. This may include creating original content, adapting existing content, and working with local influencers and/or content creators to produce relevant and culturally appropriate materials.
- Facilitate a bidirectional asset exchange with markets that maintain independent social media channels (e.g., China, Middle East), ensuring consistent brand messaging while respecting local platform requirements and cultural nuances. This includes adapting global content for local audiences, and sharing best practices and insights across the network.
- Lead all aspects of community management: interact directly with global audience and diligently respond to inquiries, build relationships with new and existing customers to foster brand community, and drive tangible results when it comes to engagement, brand reputation and loyalty.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on the activity and performance of international social media efforts. This includes tracking key metrics such as reach and engagement, and providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Occasionally assist in executing promotional events in international markets, managing and posting content created by distributors.
General
- Ability to meet tight deadlines is key
- Ability to travel for work (up to 20%)
- This position reports to the Managing Director International with a dotted line reporting into the U.S. based Social Media Manager.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of international markets and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communications and content development skills in both written and visual formats, with a keen eye for design/visual aesthetic and strong storytelling abilities through copywriting, photography, and video production.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms such as Sprinklr.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and inform optimization strategies.
- This role requires a deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and cultural nuances across social media platforms in key international markets.
- Live and breathe all things social media keeping up with the latest trends, best practices, and testing new platforms and features across media channels to drive innovation and enhance content quality.
- Strong attention to detail, effective time & project management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, is highly valued.
