Nike Communications is seeking an Account Executive to join our tightly-knit group of publicists from diverse backgrounds. Joining our division means signing onto a team that works on creative campaigns through media pitching, events, celebrity activations, and sample sending.
As an AE, you can expect to:
Help build media lists, identify new outlets and coverage opportunities, write press release and pitches, send samples, help plan events, and maintain our clients’ reporting schedules. You’ll start pitching on day 1, and work with your supervisors to develop your skills as you grow here.
For this role position, the best candidate should be:
A strong writer who has mastery of press releases, pitches and persuasive writing
Someone who LOVES media, and reads about wine, food, news, style and culture CONSTANTLY
A can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in at all levels of the job.
Aware that an AE role requires media coverage results and will also lead to rapid upward movement and tons of exposure to other talent at the agency, and beyond.
Extraordinary passion for the Wine, Food and Lifestyle world and an understanding of the industry landscape
