ABMC is searching for a Director to join their Influencer Marketing team across beauty and lifestyle business. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that foster strong relationships with influencers while maximizing brand visibility and engagement. Your expertise in social media trends, analytics, and creative storytelling will be crucial in delivering successful outcomes for our diverse portfolio.
Likely brands include: Kotex, Moroccan Oil, Skyn Condoms, Aveeno and various short term lifestyle client work
Ideal start date: January 2025
Office requirements: Hybrid, 2 Days a Week (Tues, Wed)
Salary range: $130K-$150K
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives and target audiences (earned and paid).
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, coordinating with creative teams to develop engaging content that resonates with audiences.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients and stakeholders to optimize future initiatives.
- Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic recommendations to achieve their marketing objectives.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members (~3-8), fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
