Roles and Responsibilities:
Serve as account lead for around 10+ influencer accounts
Regularly pitch influencers for organic gifting and dressing opportunities
Lead calls with high-profile clients and guide them through influencer team initiatives
Understand each client's needs and branding
In-office Monday through Friday
Contract negotiations for placements and attendance
Manager gifting initiatives with support from interns
Update records to reflect the gifting strategies of each brand
Contribute to cross-departmental PR brainstorms and brand strategies, especially for launches or seasonal moments
Passion for coaching junior team members as it relates to client care
Oversee 1-5 Account Managers and Coordinators
Work with other influencer account leads to create synergies across clients and talent
Constantly research and recommend new influencers for gifting opportunities, showroom appointments, events, etc.
Qualifications:
4-5 Years experience in Influencer Relations
Experience with a wide variety of clients preferred
Fashion GPS experience preferred
Large rolodex of influencers and their team friendlies
Experience with both paid and organic placements
YAMM experience preferred
