Roles and Responsibilities
- Take detailed client notes and circulate to the internal team post-call
- Sample Requests:
- Respond, facilitate, and coordinate all sample requests between the client and editor/stylist/influencer
- Provide timely updates to editors and stylists and follow through with UPS tracking to confirm delivery
- Regularly assess showroom inventory to see what can be pulled from the showroom vs. store or warehouse
- Ensure all samples are returned in a timely manner
- Manage sample trafficking and gifting send-outs on behalf of all clients
- Assist in merchandising and styling the showroom
- Seeding/ Media Lists:
- Assist with maintaining robust media lists
- Maintain an overarching seeding list for the brand inclusive of editors, stylists, and influencers
- Regularly update all lists as job updates shift
- Proactively research/ approach new editors (national and local), influencers and stylists to seed on behalf of the brand
- Continuously monitor for social coverage on a daily basis
- Draft product pitches and deploy to target media list
- Monthly Reports:
- Complete monthly reports in a timely manner with a 24-hour window period for internal review and save on the server immediately after completing
- Flag any inconsistencies, light coverage or any other issues with the team to course correct for the month ahead
- Clippings & Weekly Reports:
- Clip media coverage and send to the client in a timely manner
- Regularly assess 1 off clips to circulate to the global chain. At least 2-3 articles should be circulated weekly
- Regularly monitor press coverage on a daily basis and proactively identify missed opportunities
- Circulate relevant articles/ industry news to the client
- Assist with weekly, monthly and yearly client reporting
