Here's what we are looking for:
We are currently recruiting for an Intern for Studio HS, the brand experience and experiential marketing division of H&S. This is a paid internship, working 20-40 hours/week, for college juniors, seniors or recent graduates. This role will provide support to a team of three, who specialize in consumer activations, celebrity & influencer programming, brand partnerships, digital strategy and content creation. They will assist with project research, vendor management, tracking event trends, and maintaining internal databases. We are looking for a self-starter who is well-organized, able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Seniors who demonstrate core competencies that Harrison & Shriftman values may have the opportunity to interview for a full-time, entry level position.
Responsibilities:
Assist with research for new business opportunities and client presentations
Constantly monitor all client news
Tap into past experience that can be applied to projects – i.e.- partners, vendors, or event structureBe prepared to share ‘fresh ideas’ during the department weekly meetings
Participate in departmental or agency wide brainstormsParticipate in internal meetings and agency events
Maintain internal databases, including department calendar, vendor database, warehouse list, and POs
Track and inventory all departmental shipments and packages
Assist with event coordination
Attend client and/or team meetings
Write client and/or team memos
Qualifications:
Current college juniors or seniors
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and strong presentation skills
Strong understanding of social media and robust intellectual curiosity
Flexibility to work on a variety of projectsSocial media competency a plus
Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
