We are seeking a full-time, entry-level Associate Account Executive to join our Real Estate team. The candidate is responsible for executing day-to-day activities critical to the success of the team. The candidate will work with a variety of accounts, supporting premier residential and commercial real estate developers and individual developments, many tied to high-profile architects, interior designers, and hospitality brands. The Associate Account Executive will work alongside senior leadership to meet and exceed outlined objectives and collaborate with the Social Media team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist senior leadership and the team in executing real estate-focused public relations initiatives that exceed client objectives
• Ensure proactive, smart, and thoughtful work is completed, with client requests handled promptly
• Assist in researching real estate, luxury, and design industries news
• Keep the team apprised on industry news, reading a wide range of real estate, business, lifestyle, and design outlets daily, and prepare daily and weekly recaps of relevant coverage for colleagues and select clients
• Demonstrate advanced writing skills and attention to detail at all times
• Collaborate with the Social Media team to develop social media content for clients 
• Maintain media contact lists

• Approximately one year of public relations experience, including internships
• Appreciation of and interest in: 
  • Luxury lifestyle clients and storytelling in residential and commercial real estate, architecture, and interior design 
  • Corporate communications, messaging, and thought leadership
• Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
• Ability to multitask and respond quickly to media, clients, and colleagues while ensuring clarity and quality
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
• Proven ability to manage up and proactively report to senior colleagues
• Works well in a team-based, collaborative environment
• Avid reader of real estate, luxury lifestyle, architecture, and design press

• Hybrid Schedule: Three remote days (Monday, Thursday, and Friday) and two in-office days at our Flatiron office (Tuesday and Wednesday)
