An integral part of our management team, you run accounts seamlessly and within budget, keeping clients content and your team members thriving. Campaign ideation is your game: you’ve landed major features, multi-page spreads in national magazines and maybe a client or two on a cover.

REQUIREMENTS:

Account Director Requirements:

  • 10 years of PR experience – in-house or agency
  • A natural-born mentor, you create a learning environment where your teams’ development is a constant reflection of your management and PR skills
  • Passport within reach, you jet-set at a moment’s notice, embracing new destinations, cuisine and cultures
  • You are an industry storyteller who threads the narrative and is up-to-date on trends via traditional print and social channels
  • You are an established strategic account counsel, mastering client goals and PR plans
  • You lead by example, always showcasing a high level of work ethic, responsibility and dedication to JPR and all of its clients
  • Preparing effective, comprehensive public relations programs and plans that are well organized and well written, you create detailed timelines and budgets that are appropriate to client needs
  • Confidently leading client calls, status updates, strategy sessions and presentations is what you do every dayYou have the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, oversee client accounts and deadlines, review work of team members 
  • You develop and strategize creative programs and partnerships that produce superior results for clients
  • You identify new business opportunities and enthusiastically attend new business pitches and presentations accordinglyYou conduct employee reviews with valor and insight to catapult your team’s personal development and careers through performance management
