WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING a Senior Account Executive(s) to grow within our lively, dynamic and fast-paced digital PR/brand communications agency. The Senior Account Executive plays a vital role in ideation, developing concepts, high level strategy and execution to drive maximal results for our portfolio of the leading-edge lifestyle, fashion, sports, entertainment and technology clients. As an integral member of our agency, your primary role will be major participation in the development of campaigns and media relations strategy, authorship of press and other PR related materials, oversight and execution of media and creator relations, media and partnership pitching, support and coordination, event planning and staffing, overseeing day-to-day account activity across a high volume of campaigns and projects in the way of serving as a trusted and reliable contact for client contacts and supporting agency growth.

Candidates must have background and be an authentic participant of niche/sub communities within culture ranging from premium & luxury street and sportswear + sneaker culture, emerging public and contemporary art, DJ/festival culture, emerging rap/hip-hop, dance, indie rock, Pro sports (basketball, soccer), action sports (street skating), outdoor sports (hiking, trail running, mountaineering), consumer technology, emerging media and mass media

Candidates must have relationships at outlets like Hypebeast, Highsnobiety, Complex/Sole Collector, Nice Kicks, The Cut, Coveteur, i-D, Rolling Stone, The FADER and others

Requirements:

MUST HAVE

• Unique personal style/fashion sense
• Experience representing a high velocity enterprise brandExpertise of TikTok, Instagram, Linkedin as an active user + continuously networking through these platforms
• Full grasp of the “big picture” on behalf of clients and agency at all times
• Flexibility to travel for work activations (often on short notice) IE Large-scale to intimate gatherings at major festivals, sporting events, conferences, art, music and award shows, on-site meetings etc)
• Advanced writing and verbal skills
• Near flawless organizational and project management skills
• Near encyclopedic and most-up-to-date knowledge of the mass media including social-first editorial and niche magsFluency of the creator/influencer space and strategic partnerships
• Fluency in Google and/or MS spreadsheets applications
• Fluency in Google Slides and/or Powerpoint
• Expansive industry and media network
• Must be in the know of cultural moments/industry events and have the ability to gain access to parties, venues, events, etc)
• Above & beyond work ethic and desire to do whatever it takes

Compensation $65-85K annually based on experience.
