The secret of success for 7th & Wit, JPR’s social division: Everyone is purpose-driven. It’s what happens when a company culture embraces the art of strategy and the chance to shine brighter on the daily. As Social Media Director, you will be the intuitive East Coast leader charged with taking the division to the next, next level, a rare opportunity to provide day-to-day critical vision for a high-impact mission. You are a business-minded person, a scholar of brand identity, an influencer in your own right who commandeers social media and understands the potency of photography. The Media Director will be the direct line between the executive team and partners, and will also act as a liaison with account leads on joint accounts. In addition to streamlining processes, you will mentor publicists, social media teams, and managers on matters of creative brainstorming, advice and direction. A hospitality background with industry insight would be a major bonus. The powerhouse agency—with offices in NYC, London, LA, and San Diego—will take you further afield, connecting you to a top-tier roster of clients that includes The Plaza New York, Gurney’s Montauk Resort and The Ritz-Carlton. We’ve garnered awards for a reason, and most recently scored SmartCEO magazine’s Company Culture Award, recognizing our power to cultivate a creative, collaborative workplace. Praiseworthy? It’s what we do internally and for clients.
