Do you have a recreational interest in organizational psychology and can quote at length from your favorite articles about the optimization of office culture? Nadine Johnson & Associates (NJA), a small but highly acclaimed public relations firm, is seeking a People Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate would be cut from the same cloth as our PR pros, but with interest and experience in hiring, onboarding and acting as a conduit between employee and management’s needs. Our office culture is the antithesis of corporate inaction, so we’re looking for a proactive, outgoing person who loves being busy and is ready to wear many hats while helping make NJA the best possible place to work. This is not a traditional HR gig, as our Finance Director already handles duties such as payroll and benefits. Rather, we are looking for someone with the right soft skills and attitude: a passion for training employees, creative ideas for hiring employees, and then the vision, foresight and will to implement new policies. The People Operations Coordinator will report directly to our administrative directors, and work closely with our office manager and Nadine’s PA to ensure efficient communication and office procedures.
