Key Responsibilities Include:
Media Monitoring: Track media relevant to client accounts, maintain editorial calendars, update media lists, and compile clip reports.
Writing Materials: Draft pitch letters, news releases, fact sheets, and other media materials.
Media Outreach: Handle media inquiries, pitch story ideas, manage press kits, and coordinate media follow-ups.
Event Activation: Assist in brainstorming, logistics, and design for client events and promotions.Reporting: Communicate account updates, meet deadlines, and compile status reports.
Qualifications: minimum of 6 months of PR internship experience or equivalent. Background in journalism, mass media, communications, or related fields. Experience in media relations and social media management. Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, TrendKite, Cision; Photoshop a plus.Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects.
