JOB TITLE: HE Events Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: Events Department

REPORTS TO: Commercial Events Manager

HOURS: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

PRIMARY LOCATION: 555 Madison, Floor 9

JOB SUMMARY:

The HE Events Coordinator will support strategic initiatives in a cross-functional role within the Events team. From intimate 1-1 Experiences to private access HE Animations, this role supports critical elevation and entertainment moments. Must be highly organized with strong computer skills and ability to multitask. The HE Events Coordinator reports to the Commercial Events Manager with a dotted line to the HE Client Development Director. Role is based in NYC; some travel required. 

Primary Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the HE Team to execute the HE events strategy for the Americas, aiming to increase brand awareness among prospects, drive sales, and cultivate client loyalty through exclusive events and localized client experiences

- Serve as the primary event liaison for all internal partners and external vendors, ensuring timely communication regarding all HE events

- Lead the planning and execution of pre-and post-event activities for designated markets

- Coordinate all logistical arrangements with preferred event vendors, continually aiming to elevate the HE event experience

- Work directly with HE counterparts on event briefs, ensuring timely reporting and event recaps

- Maintain communication with all internal and external key partners to ensure maximum sales impact and a premier luxury client experience

- Receive approval from the HE Client Development Director regarding event budgets, though collaboration for approvals may be required with the Commercial Events Manager regarding commercial events and other select moments

- Update internal calendars and reporting systems, ensuring adherence to deadlines

- Compile and analyze monthly departmental competitor reports 

Requirements:

- Must be willing to work some weekends and travel for events as needed.

- Must have a high standard of written and oral communication skills when working with associates and clients.

- Must commit to protect client and company information.

- Effective implementation of time management, priority assignment, and personal organization.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Ability to shift from one task and business partner to another with poise and a can-do attitude.

- Intellectual curiosity and passion for developing industry and Maison knowledge.
