Job Description 

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Manager, Celebrity and Influencer Relations to join our Los Angeles office, overseeing the development and management of Influencer and Celebrity/VIP services in the US. Based in Los Angeles, this role will work on all US projects and report directly to the US VP of Communications. The Senior Manager brings expertise in collaborating with stylists and talent agents, staying informed about industry trends, and thinking outside the box with a focus on the lifestyle landscape, including fashion, entertainment, travel, hospitality, art, and design. 

Responsibilities  

- Oversee the development and management of Influencer and Celebrity/VIP services in the US, including celebrity outreach and influencer marketing activities.

- Maintain daily communication with clients regarding Influencer and Celebrity/VIP opportunities and industry updates.

- Manage client deliverables and deadlines, including casting lists, creative strategy, guest list support, seedings, and booking event performers.

- Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas involving Influencers and Celebrities/VIPs that align with a brand’s vision and effectively reach target audiences and growth goals.

- Negotiate contracts and manage innovative talent that aligns with brand values.

- Collaborate with stylists and talent agents to secure celebrity placement opportunities.

- Provide accurate budget estimates for paid partnerships and report on campaign effectiveness to optimize results.

- Secure top-tier engagement opportunities for clients (such as brand ambassadors, event attendance, digital and social media campaigns) through both paid and earned collaborations.

- Understand the global fashion calendar, award seasons, and important US lifestyle events (e.g. Galas, and Summits) where influencers, talents, and celebrities participate.

- Stay informed about emerging trends and developments in Influencer Marketing to advise clients on new opportunities and strategies.

- Conduct analysis, monitoring, and reporting of online campaigns using tools like Lefty, focusing on TikTok and Instagram.

- Develop and update Influencer and Talent/Celebrity/VIP contact lists in the fashion, lifestyle, art, design, and travel sectors.

- Participate in strategy meetings and work at various events including fashion weeks, press days, and private client events.

- Execute and organize monthly reports for assigned clients, maintain showroom organization, and support the VP of Communications and Global Digital Communications Director with requested tasks.

- Support the team with daily administrative tasks, including managing sample trafficking, sample loans, and seeding activities using Launchmetrics from the Los Angeles office. 

Requirements:

Key Attributes

- 5-6 years with professional experience in a similar role, either in PR and Communications agencies or in-house in the fashion, design, and lifestyle industry.

- Proven relationships with agents, celebrity stylists, talents & influencers, VIPs.

- Proven success in managing influencer campaigns for clients across various industries.

- Excellent knowledge of social platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.

- High-level execution skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Strong negotiation skills.

- Experience working through complex contracts with legal teams.

- Confidence to propose ideas and suggestions, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Enthusiasm and motivation to attend industry events.

- Strong communication, research, and organizational skills.

- Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and solve problems.

- Proficient in reporting, analyzing, and presenting data on digital communication activities, including media mentions and audience reach.

- Expert in communication, time-management, and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

- Understanding of the lifestyle brands landscape, like fashion, entertainment, travel, art, design, and hospitality.
