SHOWROOM COORDINATOR POSITION INFO:
Lead stylist pulls in the showroom as needed.
Monitor VIPs and compile press clippings of client placements.
Support all showroom activities, including product seeding (loaning and gifting).
Ensure timely returns from stylists.
Oversee the general upkeep of the showroom, ensuring it is always orderly, tidy, and well-merchandised.
Assist in managing deliveries and inventory of seasonal collections. Knowledge & ability to use Sparkle for sample trafficking.
Keep precise and current records of all sample trafficking activities and upcoming confirmed credits.
Manage sample requests, logistics, outgoing shipments, returns, and local send-outs to magazines, stylists, and influencers.
Maintain an updated stylist database.
Help the team monitor and report on press coverage across clients.
Stay knowledgeable and updated on all client collections.
