POSITION SUMMARY: As a Celebrity & Influencer Relations Account Executive, you will play a vital role in cultivating and maintaining relationships with high-profile individuals, influencers, celebrities, and industry experts. Your primary objective will be to strategically align talent partnerships with our clients' brands and campaigns, enhancing their visibility and reputation. You will collaborate closely with our teams to create compelling narratives and ensure the seamless integration of talent within our clients' media and promotional activities. We are open to candidates located in Los Angeles or New York City.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Talent Management: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with high-profile individuals, influencers, celebrities, and industry experts relevant to our clients' target audiences and brand positioning.Strategic Partnerships: Develop and implement talent partnership strategies aligned with our clients' goals and objectives, ensuring maximum exposure and positive brand association.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with talent, their agents, and representatives, fostering trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.Keep a finger on the pulse: Keep up on the latest trends in the media and PR/storytelling landscape Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with internal teams, including PR, marketing, social media, and creative, to integrate talent seamlessly into campaigns, events, product launches, and other promotional activities.Media and Event Support: Coordinate talent participation in media interviews, events, press conferences, and other public appearances, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS: (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in relevant field required(Preferred) Minimum of 3 years of PR experience working at an agencyAbility to showcase specific strategic results you have driven for non-profits, foundations, and/or social and racial justice initiativesMaintains close relationships with journalists in NYC or LA, as well as in the national landscapeProven experience in talent relations, talent management, or a similar role within the entertainment, PR, or marketing industryStrong network of industry contacts, including talent agents, publicists, and influencersExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. A keen eye for talent and an understanding of the unique qualities that make individuals influential in their respective fieldsFamiliarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.This role will require you to work one day a week in our NYC or LA office.
