Job Description
Negri Firman is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PR intern to join our vibrant team in New York. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public relations, working with top-tier brands and contributing to high-impact projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Assist with sample send-outs and pick-ups
- Manage Fashion GPS for tracking and organizing samples
- Support various showroom duties including merchandise organization and inventory management
- Monitor media coverage and compile press clippings
- Compile media lists and press kits
- Support the team in coordinating events and managing guest lists
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities
Skills & Qualifications
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Positive-minded with a can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Fashion GPS and Muck Rack is a plus
