Required Skills:
Minimum of 5 years experience working in luxury PR and media relations with functional expertise in hotel/hospitality public relations, excluding internship years
Strong writing, research, organizational and tactical skills
Ability to create and execute media strategies for hotel openings and/or retainer-based public relations strategies for hotels in the luxury category
Senior account management experience (client interface) and ability to oversee junior executive resources
Excellent relationships with national Travel & Lifestyle press
Familiarity with (or) knowledge of the main players in the industry
Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to think outside the box and create value
Ability to support client’s events from conception to execution
