Analog Events, a leader in the experiential agency space, renowned for its creativity and innovative approach, is seeking a dynamic Client Relations & Growth Manager to join our team. This individual will be a core part of our project execution, client management, and agency growth. The Client Relations & Growth Manager plays a pivotal role in driving our agency's success by developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the strategic planning and execution of experiential events. 

We are looking for someone who combines a passion for creating exceptional events with a keen understanding of the experiential market with a sustainability approach. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing superior service, understanding their needs, and translating those to our production team(s).

- RFP Support: Aid in the development and submission of creative and competitive proposals for new projects.

- Business Development: Proactively seek out new clients, expanding our reach in the market, and identifying opportunities for growth.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Demonstrated success in experiential event production and activations, with examples of significant contributions to client satisfaction and business growth.

- A deep understanding of the experiential events industry and current trendsAn ability to work closely with production teams to bring client’s visions to life.

- A sustainability mindset is essential, and direct experience with sustainable practices within the event production industry is highly regarded.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

- 3-4 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or business development in the event industry.

- Familiarity with major event markets such as Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Las Vegas, and Austin.
