Powers PR is a New York City-based boutique PR agency that enlivens both emerging and established brands within the world of wellness. They are seeking a dynamic and passionate intern for Spring 2024. All candidates must have an interest in and basic understanding of the wellness industry and must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct research to create strategic media lists
- Update existing media lists
- Daily media monitoring across all client accounts
- Clip media placements across all client accounts
- Assist in panning and execution of client events
- Assist with client monthly reporting
- Utilize influencer databases to create strategic lists
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be personable, detail-oriented and enthusiastic about all things wellness
- Public Relations major preferred
- Previous PR agency experience preferred
- Proficient and familiar with Cision, MuckRack, Julius, and databases alike preferred
