Description:

Job Description:

The Account Executive will play an active role on a fast-paced media relations team. They will work on 5-7 client accounts, executing media campaigns, building client and press relationships, and providing crucial administrative organization. This position will be a good fit for someone with 2-4 years of PR agency experience in the luxury, art, web3, or fashion fields. A strong personal interest in the fine arts is a must.

A primary aspect of this job will be developing and implementing media outreach strategies, drafting compelling pitches to secure placements across online, print, and broadcast media. The AE will also be required to maintain schedules for press and client meetings, prepare agendas and re-caps of meetings, and create weekly, monthly, and final activity and media reports for clients. The AE will update our CRM database, oversee frequent emailing of press releases, and help plan and execute media events. This role is meant to be collaborative, and therefore strong, positive, teamwork skills—both with senior managers and the interns the AE will supervise—are as important as the ability to work quickly, meticulously, and independently.

Work is performed in FITZ & CO’s New York office. We are currently in office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and optionally in office Tuesdays and Fridays.
