We are a dynamic and rapidly growing PR agency focused on helping our clients within sports, lifestyle and entertainment sectors achieve their goals through strategic and creative public relations efforts. We are excited to welcome our first part-time, in-house team member who will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, creating captivating visual content, and supporting our branding initiatives.

As our Part-Time Digital Marketing and Design Specialist, you will work to elevate our digital footprint and ensure a cohesive brand identity across various platforms. Your creative expertise and technical skills will be instrumental in executing the following tasks:  

-Update and maintain website content, ensuring information is accurate and engaging.

- Integrate a Shopify or Printful account to our website for seamless merchandise sales.

- Optimize website for search engines (SEO) to drive organic traffic.

- Design captivating graphics including merchandise, social media posts, banners, and other promotional materials.

- Capture and edit video compilations for promotional purposes, client showcases, and behind-the-scenes content.

- Lead branding efforts across our social media platforms, ensuring consistent visual elements.

- Curate and schedule engaging content across multiple platforms, fostering community engagement.

- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to refine strategies.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, design, and PR.

- Assist with ad-hoc design requests, presentations, and marketing collateral as needed.

Schedule, Considerations and Compensation:

- Fully remote 

-This is a part-time position, estimated at 20-25 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours as our business expands.

- Compensation will be commensurate with experience and negotiated during the interview process.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in graphic design, website management, videography and social media marketing.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software.

- Familiarity with Shopify, Printful, or similar e-commerce platforms.

- Strong understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a small team.

- Passion for creativity, innovation, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

- Availability to travel as needed
