As a Social Media Coordinator, you understand the power of content and how to curate a feed.  The ideal person is a dynamic, natural born leader who is eager to grow, learn, and be a force in achieving client goals through tactical initiatives like community engagement, stunning content creation, and creative writing.  On a daily basis, you will be in charge of creating content through photography and videography, drafting monthly content calendars for review, creating reels and stories, building ad campaigns, gathering reports for clients, managing social communities, event coverage and promotion, and keeping track of client requests and needs.

Requirements:

Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience required 
Must have least 2+ years of social media management/content creator experience
Experience creating Instagram Reels and TikTok’s
Experience with photography and post production editing and organization
Content creation management capabilities: videography, photography, graphics, shot lists, props, storylines
Agency or in house social media experience preferred
Professional photography or videography with DLSR camera or professional equipment (drone experience a plus)

Requirements:

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills – must work well in a team setting
Excellent organizational skills – must be a self starter and independent worker
Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Twitter 
Foundational understanding of Influencer Marketing
Proficient in Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager 
Proficient in Google Drive, Canva, Lightroom and Photoshop
