We are looking for an ambitious PR Lead to help grow Billion Dollar Boy’s presence across the US, with a focus on growing BDB’s reputation and new business. The main objective of this role is to make sure that BDB is recognized as THE agency for the Creator Economy, a respected thought leader, and an innovator in this space. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoys working within a driven global team. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and comfortable working autonomously.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the US PR Strategy, including managing and delivering key messages
- Work with CMO and US Marketing Director to develop a PR approach that ladders into business impact for the US - whilst adopting a global vision, tone of voice, and relevancy
- Develop compelling written content for the media including press releases, media statements, news stories, opinion pieces, and case studies
- Manage, influence, and maintain productive partnerships with industry press/outlets/wider publications/thought leaders - building strong relationships to drive opportunity
- Pitch press releases and bylines to journalists to increase BDB brand awareness and reputation
- Monitor and analyze media coverage impact
- Contribute to global social media strategy
- Ensure that the PR and communication strategy is aligned with the wider client communication plans for BDB
- Work with the UK Senior PR Manager to develop PR plans to raise the profile of senior leaders within the business
- Understand and stay up to date with the wider environment that the business is operating within, advising the business as required.
- 5+ years experience
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent
- PR agency experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of the global media landscape and how to engage audiences in today’s media
- Capability to define, develop, present, and adapt strategic 360 communication plans, annually, monthly
- Strong perspective about the role of PR/Comms in the wider brand communications strategy
- Proven track record of executing successful public relations campaigns at a national level
- Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets
- Ability to write clearly for different content formatsConsumer of media of all types, from publishing to social media
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Knowledge and experience of working with influencers and the value/role of this medium
