- Contribute to the overall success of our client campaigns, from participating in strategy brainstorming to securing goal media coverage
- Develop creative press materials including but not limited to: drafting brand/product press releases, pitches, and/or media kits
- Pitch clients to all media outlets including print, broadcast, and web-based media that includes traditional outlets as well as podcasts, generating press coverage for clients
- Work with influencers on paid/organic campaignsCoordinate press opportunities, secure editorial placement, coordinate editorial send-outs, and field press inquiries
- Coordinate virtual and in-person events and assist with media outreach for eventsManage internal media database
- Build on already existing media relationships and continuously develop new contacts and build additional relationships
- Draft client-facing call/meeting agendas and recaps
- Organize, compile, and maintain weekly summaries, reports, and reporting trackers
- Work directly with Account Director managing client relationships
- On-site management at press events
- 2-5 years PR experience; beauty, health, lifestyle agency preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Examples of recent press coverage and media contacts
- Strong, established relationships with media across beauty, health, lifestyle
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in related fields (public relations, communications, marketing, etc.)
