We are a global, full-service integrated marketing agency, specializing in event design & production, brand marketing, marketing strategy, sponsorships, talent management & bookings, publicity, and social media & influencer relations. We constantly strive to expand our offering as an agency.

Our growing and dynamic production team is now looking for a Production Coordinator who will be supporting the production team on some of the agencies leading clients.

As a Production Coordinator at We Are BMF, you will work directly with a producer to support all aspects of event production. This position will support the Production Team and Producers in ensuring client objectives are maintained throughout the production process and execution. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, organized and able to work independently and as part of a team.

What a day in the life will look like:

Provide event support to producer:

- Support the planning and execution of vendor logistics and production

- Manage vendor relationships.

- Source materials and locations.

- Pre-event production, onsite day-of and post-event break down.

- Ensure timely and regular program updates to the internal team and client.

- Draft activation and recap decks. (some of these skills will be developed during the role)

Administrative support:

- Help meet deadlines, track projects, and budgets.

- Assist with set-up and administrative duties.

- Conduct venue scouting and selection.

- 1 years’ experience in event production roles.

- Excellent communication and people skills.

- A high level of organization and negotiating ability.

- Strong work ethic.

- A high competency level on computer and software skills compatible with job responsibilities.

- Professional conduct within and outside office while conducting agency business.

- Expertise in Keynote, Excel and Outlook.

- A Bachelor’s degree.
