Factory PR seeks a Digital Supervisor, Influencer & Social Media to work across multiple clients within our Fashion, Beauty, and Tech/Innovation divisions. The candidate should possess passionate knowledge of the influencer landscape, be skilled at developing smart, creative social and content strategies. They should have an insatiable thirst for innovation in the digital world. The position calls for an experienced communicator, enthusiastic social media consumer, and pioneering strategist—both analytical and creative—with the ability to conceive and execute engaging digital activations.

This position, reporting to the Senior Digital Director, will focus on influencer marketing activations with campaign amplification, a forward-thinking approach to the engagement of influencers, original multimedia content creation and brilliant tactics to develop unique strategies for clients ranging from luxury fashion brands and retail giants to innovative start ups. The position also requires knowledge of social media and online marketing relating to the influencer market.

Responsibilities:

- Identify, establish and manage ongoing influencer/brand ambassador programs (paid and organic)

- Strategize, pitch, negotiate and execute paid digital activations

- Develop strategically led ideas for building brands via Social Media

- Identify key influencers, creatives and talent in designated verticals for maximum engagement and overall reach in both paid and unpaid capacities

- Write compelling and engaging content on brand for clients (when applicable)

- Suggest and implement new features, tools, and ideas to raise brand awareness and grow channel followings when applicable

- Oversee and build out reports for clients on a monthly basis

- Work with Sr. Director to set specific objectives and report on ROI

- Work in tandem with PR teams to align social media and influencer strategies with overall brand goals

- Stay up to date on latest digital and social media trends, happenings, etc.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of Influencer Marketing and Social Media experience and familiarity with & interest in the overall digital media landscape

- Proven experience developing content marketing strategies and overseeing content development specifically for social media platforms

- Experience amplifying campaigns and content and building online marketing strategies

- Passion and intimate knowledge of influencer marketing, social media and digital marketingExperienced with all social media platforms as they apply to businesses and relate to the influencer landscape

- Collaborative and teamwork mentality – Agency background preferred

- Experience in fashion, tech and millennial/Gen-Z-focused consumer lifestyle brands

- Functional knowledge and application of analytics and digital reporting

- Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel, and google workspace

- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite a plusHigh level of initiative and proven ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent time management and project management skillsStrong organizational, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills

- Proof of vaccination against COVID-19 in accordance with CDC guidelines
