We're looking for a Fall Intern to join our Studio HS Team! This role was never the “make copies and fetch coffee” type of internship. You will get into the nitty-gritty of day-to-day activity with your team and have real-life work experience in the “new normal.” Some of your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
• Administrative: agenda drafting, meeting recaps and note-taking, support in the development of case studies, sample send-outs and tracking, support with logistics for mailers and/or events, call scheduling, brainstorm participation, press clipping
• Research: creating media audits, competitive analysis, research for new business opportunities and planning decks
• Experiential: Researching industry trends, sourcing + liaising with vendors and partners, tracking client send outs, and creative brainstorming and concepting
• Time Management: submitting time entry on a daily basis, balancing personal workload, prioritization of pressing tasks and alignment with manager
• Agency Activities: active participation in all-agency cultural events, attendance at mid-month Kudos meetings and monthly staff meetings
• Are able to work out of our NYC office 2 to 3 times a week
• Are team players with positive, can-do attitudes and a sense of humor
• Are self-motivated and detail-oriented, possessing exceptional organizational skills
• Are pros at multi-tasking and juggling multiple assignments while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Possess exceptional written and verbal skills
• Think big and actively contribute to team brainstorms and meetings
• Possess strong computer skills working with Microsoft Office Suite, as well as industry-specific and design programs
• Are news hungry and up-to-date on the latest trends – across earned media social, digital and experiential
