Main Responsbilities:
- Build media lists
- Handle basic pitching tasks
- Monitor for media placements; send coverage emails to clients
- Prepare monthly client reports and invoices
- Coordinate meetings and write call/meeting recaps
- Maintain filing/organization of all account information
- Assist with itinerary building and booking travel
- Conduct research
- Assist with event organization
- Assist with various other administrative duties
- BA in PR/communications/related field
- At least 1 year professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Fluency in social media platforms
- Tech skills: MS Office, Adobe
Salary/Benefits:
