LDPR is a leading NYC-based PR agency that has for over 25 years created award-winning PR campaigns for a wide range of travel and lifestyle clients. We are looking for a full-time assistant account executive to join our family. Main Responsbilities:

- Build media lists

- Handle basic pitching tasks

- Monitor for media placements; send coverage emails to clients

- Prepare monthly client reports and invoices

- Coordinate meetings and write call/meeting recaps

- Maintain filing/organization of all account information

- Assist with itinerary building and booking travel

- Conduct research

- Assist with event organization

- Assist with various other administrative duties

Requirements:

- BA in PR/communications/related field

- At least 1 year professional experience

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

- Fluency in social media platforms

- Tech skills: MS Office, Adobe

Salary/Benefits:

Salary BOE. Package includes medical/dental/vision, retirement savings, bonus/profit sharing and summer hours.
