Job: Van Wyck & Van Wyck seeks a Project Manager with the same values to support the development and growth of company brands including Bronson van Wyck, Van Wyck & Van Wyck, Van Wyck Holiday and Arrowhead Farms. Five to six years of applicable marketing, press, social media, design, event production or experience in a related creative field is required.
Responsibilities:
Develop and drive multichannel marketing plans to support expansion and business goals for Van Wyck & Van Wyck, Arrowhead Farms, Van Wyck Holiday and related products.
Identify and manage unique and brand-appropriate press opportunities for Bronson van Wyck and company projects.
Drive the implementation and development of social media strategy including research, content, execution and scheduling.
Work alongside outside PR agency to oversee aforementioned PR efforts including interview research, preparation and outreach and tracking of all press and editorial credits.
Develop plans and objectives for introduction of potential new products and concepts such as barware, china, home goods and book publishing.
Liaise and communicate with industry peers to research and identify potential opportunities for Van Wyck & Van Wyck.
Ensure company website is leveraged effectively to communicate company successes and noteworthy events/partnerships.
Work closely with internal teams to maintain library of event images and track usage of photography in the media.
Report out on project/event successes/challenges and share results/intelligence with internal teams.
Monitor competition and latest industry trends in home/fashion/ entertaining/dining.
Support event production team on an as needed basis.
Required Qualifications/Skills: Candidates must possess the following qualities:
5+ years of marketing and branding experience, preferably in the luxury industry. Strong understanding of the public relations field, contacts and media relationships a plus but not required.
Experience in social media channels, especially Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook.
Innate sense of intellectual and creative curiosity
Impeccable taste and etiquette, or commitment to learn same
Poised and polished with a professional mindset
Detail oriented and extremely organized
Ability to work independently and desire to own projects and relationships and make them your own
Excellent communication skills
Strong writing skills essential
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or a demonstrated curiosity about the world and desire to learn
Strong computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator and other presentation programs, or willingness to learn
Ability to work flexible hours with long hours as needed
Ability to travel for events
