OGAKI is the first digital PR agency of its kind, entirely focused on the online space and built for digital-first brands and personalities. As experts in influencer marketing, social media strategy, and digital media relations, we work with brands across the fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and travel space. We are a boutique agency based across New York, Los Angeles, and Miami.
The Digital Account Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day social media account needs across OGAKI’s beauty, fashion, wellness, and travel accounts. This role will be reporting directly to the Partner & President.
Candidates must be based in either NY or LA. This role will be fully remote with the possibility of attending client meetings and events in person.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Helping supervise and manage a Digital Coordinator and Junior Account Executive
- Supporting the team on the creation of social media playbooks and strategies along with monthly key focuses
- Working closely with the Creative team to ensure content calendars, stories, graphic design and video assets are created and aligned to the social strategies
- Managing Planoly and Dash Hudson for calendar updates and social media management
- Leading Octoly micro-influencer campaigns, aligned with social and marketing needs
- Supporting on day-to-day publishing, copywriting and community management across accounts
- Leading day-to-day communication with social media clients
- Joining bi-weekly calls with social media clients
- Spearheading monthly client reporting
- Tracking KPIs and working with the team to analyze performance and pivot content strategies as needed
- Researching the competitive social landscape and emerging tools/trends to bring innovative ideas to the table
- Staying up to date with social media trends as well as industry and competitor activity
- Ensuring cross-functional alignment with Creative, PR and Influencer Relations teams as needed to build 360 degree communications strategies
- Supporting on day-to-day social media account management, strategy and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge and passion of the social media space, both on established and newer mediums i.e. TikTok and Flip
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Working knowledge of Iconosquare, Planoly, Dash Hudson and Octoly a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of social media experience. Agency experience a plus.
