Description:

Position Summary: The Office Manager is responsible for managing the agency’s administrative and operational infrastructures including IT (telecoms, hardware, software), facility, administration, communication flow between team and CEO, and selecting, implementing, and training the team to use software solutions that facilitate the workflow. The Office Manager selects and manages various vendors negotiating best rates and works to keep costs on budget. They work within the business development team, managing the pipeline and contributing towards forecasting annual revenue goal. The Office Manager is also responsible for supporting on-boarding and off-boarding team members with regards to office policies and IT systems. They manage team time tracking, and provide the finance team with real time and accurate data and reporting. 

Location: Work is performed in FITZ & CO’s New York office on a hybrid schedule. The Office Manager will be expected to be in the office during normal office hours (M-F, 10-6 ET). Because we work across time zones, the Office Manager is also required to be available before and after normal office hours and very occasionally on weekends. Every member of the FITZ & CO team must adopt and make daily use of office systems such as time tracking (Harvest) and the CRM (currently Hubspot and MuckRack) 

Requirements:

- B.A./B.S. degree

- 3-5 years of administrative experience 

- Agency experience a must 

- CRM experience a must

- Ability to multitask across a range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

- Honesty, integrity and reliability Mature, responsible, unflappable, exercises good judgment
