Vranken Pommery America is the American subsidiary of Vranken Pommery Monopole Group, the second largest house of Champagne and the world largest producer of Rose wine generating more than 300 million Euro turnover. VPA is an Importer and Marketing Company, based in New York City, and covering all the United States and Canadian territory.

Vranken Pommery America is looking for Sales & Marketing Assistant based in NYC.

Key Responsibilities 

- Work along with National Account Director in developing and expanding the business in the United States and Canada.

- Prepare tenders and presentations for key accounts and identify new business opportunities.

- Participate in the distributor brand planning process, including building and managing program calendars.

- Build brand awareness among our distributors team by providing sales & marketing tools.

- Provide market studies, sales analysis, and inventory monitoring.

- Conduct sales calls to the trade (retail, restaurants, B2B).

- Coordinate some of our main events and assure the brand visibility.

- At term, you will be able to build, maintain and nurture strong and productive business relationships with key retail, restaurant, and resort accounts via direct sales calls (both with distributors and on your own).

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing

- Must be interested in a career in sales. A passion for wines or the luxury business is preferred.

- Entry level position. Experience preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication and organization skills are required.

- Fluent written and spoken English. French would be a strong asset.

- Must be PC savvy and work efficiently in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and database programs.

- Highly organized, energetic, self-motivated, and service-driven are key success in this fast-paced business.
