Description:

The A List is seeking a highly effective, collaborative and friendly Senior Account Manager to join the Special Projects and Events team. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing team and make a positive impact within the company.

The role is responsible for managing all special projects, seedings and talent appearances at The A List. They will have strong relationships with talent and industry representatives across all genres including film, TV, music and sports. The person should be an experienced thought leader with the ability to run their own projects, negotiate deals, and manage client comms.

Roles + Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day client management for multiple accounts in the Special Projects and Events department

Manage organic and paid talent procurement for all Special Projects and Events

Ability to manage talent outreach while working with key talent agents, managers and publicists

Thoughtfully cast talent for special client initiatives and seeding projects, based off client goals: aesthetic, brand awareness, conversion, etc

Contribute and support on all reporting for various clients including, but not limited to: daily, weekly and general wrap reporting — analyzing + summarizing data (calculating total impression #, examining trends, gathering feedback, and sharing insights, etc.)

Identify rising talent, pop culture trends, and analyze data within a variety of industries and markets to inform client business strategies, existing client objectives and new client acquisition

Manage talent procurement for all appearances, which includes ideating relevant talent for each brand, outreaching a comprehensive list and confirmations

Facilitate contracting for all appearances (inclusive of drafting, negotiating, and billing)

Serve as an internal advocate with cross-functional teams and provide support across The A List including but not limited to talent outreach for showroom appointments, ideation for more digital focused campaigns, and business development strategy

Liaise with the accounting team to assist with all invoicing and expenses for the Special Projects and Events department

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred

5-6 years relevant job experience in the entertainment industry

Ideal candidate to have preexisting relationships of agent, publicist, manager, and talent contacts

Excellent communication and time management skills

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a quick, fast-paced environment

Detail oriented and organized

Must possess superior understanding of existing social media landscape including new and innovative tools, platforms, vendors, and technologies

Self-starter approach toward work with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility

Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize within a multi-tasking environment.
