Our ideal candidate is one that is highly self-motivated, organized, able to prioritize a high volume of work load/responsibilities all while being a proficient writer and collaborating on new ideas for account development.
The Coordinator & Junior Account Executive will work closely with the President and Account Executives to ensure the execution of high-level duties across multiple accounts. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Media/Press Roles:
Maintain an up-to-date log of upcoming editorial placements to be used for status reports, daily monitoring of media coverage, including online media (e.g. Google alerts), trade publications and industry news, maintain and save well-organized database of HQ assets, press texts and brand communication tools across all categories including but not limited to press kits, images, information notes, etc.
Responsible for writing press kit documents along with media alerts, pitch letters, bios and other materials
Responsible for creation of monthly reports, weekly call agendas and recaps, internal team meeting agendas
Assist in the development and implementation of Public Relations campaigns and activities for new and existing clients
Liaise with local, regional and national media, craft appropriate media pitches and follow-up on outreach
Create focused and specific press lists for each client/event/initiatives
Marketing/Event Roles:
Assist in all aspects of implementing an event including managing staff check-in, assisting with set up, to event strike as needed
Hire, manage and oversee photographers and shadow on-site at events
Create supporting event assets prior to events to share with photographers and for internal staff briefing
Attend all company and client events
Assist in developing and administering social media content for Gnazzo Group’s social media account
Coordinate and attend photoshoots, television shoots, interviews and other on-site events
Office Administrative Roles:
Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences as well as manage calendars company wide
Work alongside senior account executives and coordinators to identify, interview and hire seasonal interns, as well as spearhead training, oversee assigned interns and ensure the accurate completion of projects
Anticipate needs of the president and executive(s) based on priorities, upcoming calendar events and meetings
BA/BS degree in communications, public relations, marketing or an equivalent qualification and relevant work experience
Basic knowledge of the South Florida regional media markets
Superior planning and organizing skills; ability to prioritize and plan work activities; ability to multi-task
Strategic and creative thinker with advanced problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to identify and anticipate challenges before they arise
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively throughout an organization
Pro-active and dynamic. Highly self-motivated with sharp attention to detail and strong focus on execution & rigorous implementation
Team player, at ease with transversal and multi-sites organization
Adapts quickly to change and last-minute requests as needed
An aesthetic eye and an understanding of the luxury world
Ability to work outside of traditional business hours and weekends as needed
