Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
Support the AM Marketing team in executing local marketing campaigns on time and to a high standard, working closely with the Creative and Production teams as well as liaising with external partners (e.g. local events preparations, partnerships/advertising campaigns execution, managing marketing campaign assets creation, campaign reporting etc.)
Support the AM Marketing team in developing and delivering plans across online marketing channels such as affiliates, social media, paid search, brand media, and email & push marketing. (e.g. drive local affiliate recruitment in key markets, track local email and push performance and formulate key suggestions for improving, etc.)
Support promotions on and offsite including brand and closed-door promotions, competitions, partnership offers and subscription drives: analyze results and form recommendations for future initiatives.
Become an expert across all MR PORTER internal data tools, especially the Cube and Google Analytics, and assist the team in fulfilling ad hoc information requests.
Co-ordinate weekly country sales reporting as well as lead reporting on competitor news and industry trends within the region. This includes cross-regional collaboration to track competitor promotional activity at all times of the year, developing and sending the Global Competitor Newsletter, and seasonal competitor analyses.
Own the cross-channel AM marketing calendar, ensuring that it is updated weekly and circulated to all relevant teams across the business.
Serve as a main contact with the London team to manage deadlines, traffic creative and ensure consistent cross-market alignment across all initiatives, particularly as it concerns regional campaign planning and execution (Lunar New Year, Super Bowl, Masters Golf, Memorial Day, Fourth of July & Canada Day, Labor Day, US Open, Thanksgiving, etc.)
Support budget management within marketing and PR, acting as the main point of contact between suppliers, Accounts Payable, and Finance. This includes registering new vendors, raising purchase orders, managing invoicing and payments, communicating remittance in a timely manner, reviewing month-end actuals, and troubleshooting as needed.
Assist with general marketing tasks and ad-hoc duties and admin as necessary. This includes managing all meeting scheduling, agenda setting, slide/deck creation, minutes-taking and meeting recaps in a timely manner.
Work directly with the global Social Media team to manage and coordinate regional social media campaigns and collaborations with social media influencers, including contract development and sign off, product pulls, seeding, and recapping of activity.
Support and coordinate planning and production of all AM brand marketing activations including customer events, social activations, press dinners, Style Council events, etc.
Support and enhance MR PORTER’s VIP Dressing and PR Sampling program and maximize opportunities via extended marketing, editorial, and social integration.
Support PR and Press Highlights reporting on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis, working with communications counterparts globally.
Ensure all MR PORTER activity is communicated with counterparts at NET-A-PORTER and maximized for any cross-brand potential, particularly on key shared initiatives.
1-2 years of experience in the fashion, e-commerce, and/or media landscape
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
