You are a veteran PR pro with 7-10 years agency experience with deep, long-standing journo-media relationships. You are a consumate client whisperer, natural team leader with incredible EQ and have garned extensive experience managing multiple team. You are a go-getter and doer with a pechant for counseling clients and teammates across the full spectrum of PR. You are a champ under pressure and can proactively manage client relationships across several industries and complex media ecosystems. Our perfect Director of Client Services leads accounts, provides innovative ideas, coaches the team to ensure goals are met and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and pitch the media. + 7-10 Agency & Management Experience
+ Understanding of the unique culture, challenges and client relationships of a boutique PR agency and has the ability and desire to work in this type of environment
+ Proven track record of leading successful integrated communications campaigns
