SGC is seeking a dynamic PR Coordinator.  The candidate must possess a powerful and up-to-date knowledge of the luxury industry as well as a passion for beauty, fashion, design, art and luxury worlds.  Must have strong organizational and presentation skills, be professional, well-spoken, a great writer and engaging with clients.  The candidate should also have compelling and relevant social media skills and digital strategies.  The PR Coordinator should be hungry, show intiative and ideas and be eager to excel and help grow the SGC agency.  Must be excited to wear many hats and work in a fun, fast-paced, intimate and diverse, luxury environment.  Positive attitude a must!

Requirements:

The PR Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the agency's luxury clients through activities including:  writing press releases, distribution, pitching media to secure placements, editor follow-up, deskside appointments, working on influencer campaigns and executing events (digital and in-person) and press launches.

The PR Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the building and maintaining of press lists, influencer lists, and other key media lists.  The position will ensure that lists are kept up-to-date on a regular basis.

The PR Coordinator will create and develop relationships with editors from the press and influencers.

The candidate will manage the agency's social media accounts by creating monthly calendars of content and posting schedules.  The position will also create, execute and oversee strategy for SGC clients that desire such services.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Google Docs and Cision.
