Description:

EVINS is seeking an accomplished Director, Community and Technology with at least 8 years of experience to spearhead digital/social media client and agency needs, and work to develop specific strategies, goals and KPIs for client and agency success. This position will report to EVINS Senior Leadership, and will be tasked with client management responsibilities, including creating, overseeing and implementing both strategic and tactical initiatives within the digital and social media realm, inclusive of community management, digital advertising, content and copy creation and social media growth strategy, while ensuring that all initiatives are executed within budget.

The ideal candidate for this position should have stellar expertise and experience with digital and social media as well as traditional marketing, and should be well organized, reliable and creative, with impeccable writing skills and the ability to quickly and effectively analyze data and communicate effectively with clients, as well as the senior leadership team and principals of the agency.

Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate and implement digital strategy initiatives for both the agency and its clients.

Drive account work streams with ownership and accountability

Understand and follow the latest digital tools and interactive trends

Provide in-depth brand audits using online tools and research to provide detailed brand and industry insights

Create and launch integrated and cost-effective digital strategies

Analyze and report on digital campaigns

Analyze customer and user data

Directly engage and communicate with agency clients and partners

Provide strategy and direction for innovative digital promotions, campaigns and events

Understand and promote client media coverage through social media initiatives

Craft and create compelling, brand-appropriate digital content

Integrate digital and social media initiatives with influencer and media relations activations and programs

Manage client deliverables, timelines and expectations, keeping both the agency account team and the client apprised of all deadlines and expectations

Engage staff through career and learning opportunities

Oversee a team for day-to-day content calendar production

Oversee brand and agency Community Management

Lead content strategy execution (influencer, creative)

Direct agency and client reporting

Lead new business prospecting and pitching initiatives for digital clients

Create and assemble new business pitch decks and materials

Requirements:

8 years relevant work experience

Degree in Communications, Social Media, Advertising, Marketing or equivalent work experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Firm grasp of emerging digital tools

Thorough understanding of digital touch points

Excellent interpersonal skills

Deadline driven

Deep understanding of web analytics

Extensive knowledge of and experience with digital and social media advertising platforms

Understanding of SEO/SEM and coding a must

Design abilities a plus
