Linda Gaunt Communications is looking to take on a dynamic and driven individual for our internship program. The program will provide interns with the opportunity to learn practical skills and a variety of responsibilities that will enable them to succeed as a professional in the Public Relations field. Interns will be fully integrated into the company culture and support members of the teams with their growing client base.

LGC is a strategic marketing and communications agency with a specialty in fashion, beauty and lifestyle. Though we maintain a presence in New York and Los Angeles, LGC is a boutique agency and we deliver very personalized attention to our clients. The clients that interns will be working with include  Hunter Boot, Stila, Clover Canyon, and Trina Turk. 

Intern responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Review targeted publications for client placements

- Scanning and mocking up press clips

- Supporting coordinators with product requests/samples and mailings

- Taking inventory of sample stock

- Maintaining and organizing the sample closet

- Assisting with client events including press days, fashion shows and store events

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with prior public relations/fashion experience, who are available to begin immediately and available at least 3 days per week. Although this internship is unpaid, school credit is available and valuable, educational experience and knowledge will be gained for anyone interested in pursuing
